Information

How does AvisoPrevio.es work?

AvisoPrevio.es lets you search for information about people and companies, share experiences and receive alerts about entries that may relate to your data.

Adding a report

Users can add information about a person or company and choose the relevant topic area. A report can first be saved as a draft. Drafts are private and do not appear in search results.

Publishing requires the corresponding access. Once published, the report becomes available on the platform without a mandatory prior review.

Official or anonymous publishing

When adding a report, the author can choose between official and anonymous publishing.

In official publishing, other authorised users can see the author's identity to the extent allowed by the platform. In anonymous publishing, the author's identity is not shown to other users.

Anonymous publishing does not mean the platform does not know the author. Actions remain linked to a registered account in order to ensure security, handle reports and limit abuse.

Data used for search and matching

To enable searching and to detect entries that may refer to the same person or company, the platform may process data such as name, surname, phone, email, city, tax ID (NIF/CIF) or other identifiers provided by users.

Data shown on the result cards is presented in a limited or partially hidden form. Access to the details depends on the account type and on active access.

Free account and search results

A Free account can use the search form, activate monitoring and save reports as drafts.

Detailed results are not shown until the user activates the corresponding access. Before activation, the platform does not reveal whether the person or company searched for appears in the database, nor how many results exist.

Monitoring of entries that may refer to you

AvisoPrevio.es can compare the data in your profile with the data included in reports published on the platform.

If several data points match, the system can identify a report as potentially related to the user and include it in the «Records about you» counter.

Monitoring is limited exclusively to reports published within AvisoPrevio.es. We do not monitor the whole internet, social media or external databases.

The match is generated automatically and is informational in nature. It does not confirm that the report actually refers to the user.

How does it work?
  1. The user activates monitoring from their panel.
  2. The system compares their profile data with the published reports.
  3. When a possible match is detected, the «Records about you» counter increases.
  4. If monitoring is active, the system may show a «NEW» indicator next to the counter.
  5. The indicator disappears after opening the related-records section.
  6. A Free account can see the number of possible matches.
  7. Viewing the detailed content and contacting the author requires active access.
The number shown may include automatic matches. The user should review the details before assuming that a report actually refers to them.

Connecting people affected by similar cases

If reports published by different users may refer to the same person or company, AvisoPrevio.es can identify a possible relationship between those cases.

In such a situation, the platform can indicate that other users have also published reports about the same subject.

Users with the corresponding access can try to contact the author of a report or send a message to several authors related to the same case.

The contact can be sent officially or anonymously, depending on the option chosen by the sender.

AvisoPrevio.es does not automatically pass on email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details between users. Communication takes place through the internal messaging system.

Privacy and consent

Identifying a possible relationship between reports does not cause the automatic disclosure of their authors' identity.

Each user decides whether to reply to a message and whether to continue the communication.

An anonymous publication remains anonymous to other users. The system may show the sender as «Anonymous».

AvisoPrevio.es facilitates the technical contact, but does not confirm that the cases are related or that users' statements are true.

The platform does not legally represent users, does not initiate collective proceedings and does not oblige anyone to take part in a conversation or joint action.

Future collaborationComing soon

In the future, the platform may offer additional features to facilitate collaboration between affected users. The availability and conditions of these features will be communicated separately.

Reporting and content review

Reports are not subject to mandatory prior moderation. Users are responsible for the content they publish.

Any user can report content they consider incorrect, illegal or contrary to the rules. After receiving a report or credible information about a possible infringement, the operator may review the content, limit its visibility, mark it as disputed or remove it.

The platform does not confirm the truthfulness of reports

AvisoPrevio.es provides the technical infrastructure for publishing and consulting information supplied by users.

Activating an account or verifying an email address does not mean the platform has confirmed the truthfulness, accuracy or legality of a report.
