Can I publish officially or anonymously?
Yes. When adding a report you choose whether to appear as an official author or keep your identity hidden from other users. Anonymous publishing does not mean the platform does not know the author: the account stays linked for security.
Are reports moderated before publishing?
No. Reports are not subject to mandatory prior moderation; users are responsible for their content. Any user can report an entry, which may then be reviewed, limited or removed.
What if someone posts a false report about me?
You can report the content. After a report is received, the operator may review the entry, limit its visibility, mark it as disputed or remove it.
What does the "Records about you" feature monitor?
It compares your profile data with reports published on AvisoPrevio.es. It does not monitor the whole internet, social media or external databases. A match is automatic and informational, and does not confirm that a report really refers to you.
Does AvisoPrevio.es connect people affected by the same subject?
If different users have published reports that may refer to the same person or company, the platform can show that other authors exist and allow contact through the internal messaging system. Contact details are never disclosed automatically.
Is this legal under GDPR?
The platform has been designed in line with GDPR principles. People affected by a report can request its review, correction or removal in accordance with applicable procedures.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account — with no hidden fees and no notice period.
